- Hickory Nut Gap pulled pork with slaw
- Hand Cut Chips with Truffle oil, Goat cheese and Rosemary
- Sweet Potato Chips with Chocolate, Brown sugar and spice
- Sturgeon rillettes on house made crackers, with pickles on a bed of pea shoots
