If you have been on one of our High Roller tours or have smartly discovered this gem in the historic Haywood Park Hotel then you know that Chef Duane Fernandes has been quietly producing menus on par with any of Asheville’s best restaurants for a few years now. In the upcoming months he is rolling out a series of Sunday dinners themed around the culinary traditions of various countries which looks pretty exciting. This Sunday the state of foodtopia begins with a focus on France. Yay. This will be a great menu, featuring classic regional dishes outlined below.
